Not happy at all as they would not let me put my incidentals on my Chime card. The front desk manager kept insisting that my Chime Debit Card was a prepaid card and they don't accept prepaid cards to put a "Hold" on incidentals which was $50.00. I told the manger, it wasn't a prepaid card he got very rude and said he wasn't going to argue with me. I told him I had already paid and booked the room on the same debit card and at first he said "Sorry, oh well". Finally relented and accepted my card. Stay away from this place.

The ONLY good thing were the ladies working the breakfast bar and the maid service. The rooms are old & musty smelling. The carpet was coming undone at the bathroom entry ways, the lighting fixtures were rusty. The shower pull up was barely functional. The elevator panel was duct taped and coming apart. The a/c was marginally working. Oh and I had a baby roach greet me 1st thing in the a.m. If you can change your reservation, I would highly recommend it. The area is also not the safest. If this was a restaurant the grade would be F.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel 3 days in August 18-20th on the third day we seen a bed bug crawling and a roach my husband took a pick of the bug and went to get the lady at the desk she said she could not leave the desk and that her manager would be in any minute and she would talk to us well no one came to talk to us or even call us we left the hotel early so the bugs would not get in our bags there was not refund no accommodations I advise no one to stay there.

Could only rate this a 3 because it was clean and breakfast was good. Room was very dated with old carpet and bathroom was not great. First, the safety lock on the door was held on by one screw. Useless. Bathroom once had a tub but that was removed to make the room handicapped accessible. Tub drain was the only drain for the shower and the conversion was a shotty job. Shower floor was not level and would not drain. Another drain was installed in the middle of the room which was useless. Water flowed over the shower area and made the entire bathroom floor wet. Had to ask for more cloth bathmats just to soak up the water. We only had a half a roll of toilet paper with no new rolls. An attempt to make the floor look new, contractor just put a thin layer of grout over the old and that is why floor in front of sink had black grout. Maybe another room without a conversion would be better. Room had mini fridge, microwave, tv, small safe and coffee maker. Front desk staff were nice and check in was easy. Not a bad hotel if you’re looking for inexpensive with easy access to highway.

Mushroom growing in room

We stayed on the second floor and the room constantly smelled like mold and we noticed a mushroom growing by the AC unit. It grew over night and by the time we woke up the next morning it had doubled in size. Idk how a mushroom could grow in the second floor but it did.
